The GOER Online Tennis & Padel Community brings together coaches, academies, programmes, and platforms committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and learner-centred tennis and padel education online.

Led by Mischa Zverev, Strategic Advisor for Athlete Education & Innovation, this community exists to ensure that as tennis and padel increasingly move into digital and hybrid spaces, standards of coaching, wellbeing, inclusion, and youth development remain strong, visible, and trusted.

Accredit

We accredit the online elements of tennis and padel programmes through the GOER–Zverev Online Sport & Youth Development pathway, using GOER’s clear 4Es accreditation process:

  • Explore your programme context, learners, and delivery model

  • Evidence your coaching, safeguarding, wellbeing, and digital practices

  • Evaluate what is visible in practice and the impact on athletes

  • Envision next steps to strengthen quality, consistency, and long-term development

This ensures accreditation is fair, sport-specific, and focused on real outcomes, not box-ticking.

Promote

If accreditation isn’t right for you yet, we can still promote your tennis or padel programme within the GOER community — highlighting strong values, thoughtful practice, and commitment to athlete development.
