After 16 years in education and seeing both the potential and risks of online education, Mark founded GOER to bring accountability and trust to the rapidly growing online education sector.

When a well-known global online tutoring platform approached GOER with concerns about teaching quality and pricing, we conducted a full platform audit. We developed a new Quality Assurance Framework that improved tutor onboarding, refund policies, and marketing claims. The platform rebuilt trust, leading to increased learner satisfaction and a stronger global reputation.
